Having over a decade of a very versatile experience in the Community Association industry in Washington, such as serving as a Treasurer on HOA Board, working as an Accounting Manager and CFO for several management companies, and being a Lead Auditor and Tax Preparer for several CPA firms specializing in the industry, helps me understand and efficiently communicate with each party. I live in Seattle and am always available for phone calls or meetings. My areas of expertise include any accounting aspects related to special assessments, fund accounting, insurance claims, settlement funds, assets capitalization, developer transitions, investments, auxiliary income and others. I also have a solid experience in Community Association taxes – 1120-H and 1120 forms requirements and preparation.
